I dropped off my car over a year ago. 1966 corvette all original parts. Every time i called There was a delay and a new issue that they found with the car. It got to a point where they wouldn't answer my calls on my phone number so i had To call on other phones. After 1 full year there was no progress on the car. We came to pick it up and all the parts were tossed with no regard in the back of the corvette. Never, and i mean Never will i use Or recommend this place to another person. Their completely lack of transparency, knowledge and customer focus exemplifies everything a business should

Mike is very friendly and accommodating. I was so relieved after having a horrendous experience at Audi Greenwich when Mike fixed my car and the damage done by the dealership. He provided evidence and I was able to recoup some of my costs of repair from Audi Greenwich. I strongly recommend Keane Autoworks!!

On the serious side, though, there's no place else I'd trust more with my vehicle. I briefly interned here this past winter to learn more about cars, and have been a customer ever since. Ask anyone around Katonah or Bedford Hills, and you'll get the same review - If you're willing to wait to have the repair done right, Keane's is the place. I would like to thank Mike and his crew at Keane’s Autoworks in Bedford Hills NY (also in Ridgefield CT) for being so wonderful. I have been bringing my cars to Keane's Autoworks for the past 6 years and could not be happier with the level of service, attention and professionalism. The owner, Mike, is personable, honest, and has an amazing attention to detail. Mike has hired an amazing group of mechanics -they all take pride in their work.
