First, climb a ladder and clean the goop out of the gutters. The decomposed leaves make great mulch or compost. Pay particular attention to the downspout. If leaves and debris are clogging it, water won't drain properly, and along with mildew and mud you'll end up with sagging gutters. Check all the spikes that are supposed to go through the gutter, through the fascia board and into the rafter behind it.

We had a flood in our office and Green Gable came to the rescue FAST! We had a great experience working with Chico and Rachel and the whole team through this process. They really saved us from further damage and were there every step along the way. Jamie, Roman, and Ryan did a GREAT job on our floors! We are so happy with them! Overall the project was a nightmare. This company was referred by Allstate, the claim was made due to a roof leak, which caused water damage to the ceiling and wall inside. Shortly after making the claim they showed up at the house to get started on the dry out. Steve showed up routinely to check on the dry out process, and eventually to do the demo portion. That portion was quick and efficient, the rest was completely opposite, like pulling teeth to get anything done. The communication was one of the biggest issues, telling us they'd be there on a Wednesday between 10-noon, then not showing up

Will never recommend this company to anyone. This whole process was absolutely atrocious. Not only did it take over 2 months to complete a 100sqft project, but when we started demanding a deadline for the project to be met, they still were two weeks behind. We had to take off multiple days to be at the house to meet them and every single time they were multiple hours late. I could have been at my office during that time they just didn't show up and would have saved me the hassle of having to ask my manager for another day off. It got so bad that we had to get the owner's number from a contractor

After filing an insurance claim regarding dishwasher, Green Gable Roofing came out to start resolving possibilities of mold and asbestos. Chico Santiago explained the process of accessing the damages and how the company would be in contact and work with the insurance company. He kept us informed and answered any questions promptly. The work was done in a timely matter and we are very satisfied. All the employees that came and did work were friendly and professional.
