A client of mine had made the mistake of choosing HJ Knight International Insurance Agencies and their representative Natalie Austin to secure an insurance policy. Although I cannot speak the service and professionalism of their other representatives or company as a whole, I can say that Natalie was curt, rude and completely unprofessional to my team which was incredibly disappointing given the fact that we both represent the same client and should have their best interests in mind. I rarely post negative reviews unless they are absolutely warranted, in this case, because I was so extremely disappointed
