I took my car to Auto Craftsmen to get my inspection done. They were extremely thorough, made the process super easy and Grayson answered all my questions thoughtfully. I really like how you can view their full report and estimates through text/online. I can always have these for my records and there were many pictures included as well. I plan on using Auto Craftsmen for all future auto repairs/maintenance. In these COVID times, they also had a contactless payment, drop off, interaction system that felt super safe. Honestly, I feel an immense relief in working with them for all of my auto needs

I have used Auto Craftsmen for everything I needed for my 2012 Outback. I chose them originally because they were the first in the area to have "loaner cars." Loaner cars are great because then I don't have to negotiate with anyone to pick me up or drive me back. However, I keep returning to them for everything else - Amy and the staff and pleasant and helpful and lovely to deal with. Their repair work is excellent. They explain everything. The best auto service I've ever had in terms of people skills...and very good with cars as well.

After breaking down on the interstate 2 states away from home, Auto Craftsmen were able to correct diagnose my car's problem, fix it in a timely manner and recommend other necessary safety fixes then repair at a reasonable price. No high pressure, just common sense with safety in mind. Very Professional Company. I have already recommended them to all my relatives in the area. A+++

Had been looking for a reliable auto mechanic as my warranty had recently expired, and needed a service repair on my 2016 Audi A4 Quattro. I am new to VT. Told them I was worried about my safety when driving my car with the issues I was having. When no one could fit me in, they did. They seemed to genuinely care about my safety and have a vast knowledge for cars. They helped me understand my car issues and had me out in the same day! 40 mins to spare from their EST. Very impressed with the service. Amy, the owner, is super friendly and accommodating. They have a refreshments table with drinks and snacks, plenty of books and magazines to read, and a variety of comfy seats. This business seems to be run very well! They are looking over my car for a customer of theirs that is considering purchasing my car. One of their techs, Ben, looked it over and brought me out to see a couple of things. We have been coming here now for about five years and they are the most dependable and trustworthy garage I've come across. There have been at least 4 times when we have spent well over $500 on repairs with them and each time they have come either on or under budget.

Friend of mine went there a couple years ago and they put her van on the lift and put the lift on her rocker panels not on the frame. at that point it crushed her rocker panel in and they put it back down and said they could not look at it the rocker panels were too weak and they could not put it on the lift and it was unsafe to drive. she came to me I checked it out the only thing that was wrong with it was the crushed rocker they caused. I advised her not to go there that I have heard other people had issues with them as well.

Arrogant and unhelpful. I called this place and spoke with the owner (I think). I told her I wanted some help diagnosing a transmission issue. I know this is not a transmission shop, but I wanted some expert assistance in nailing down the problem, and this place had good reviews. She said to bring it in. I did, and left it with a detailed note stating what I wanted done. The next day, the Service Manager called me. He could not have been more arrogant. These folks are honest, hard working people who truly care about your safety and your automobile's function. I have gone here for 4 years for all my automotive needs. They make sure the job is done correctly the first time and don't try to pressure you into something you don't need done. And since it is owned and operated by a woman, there are car clinic classes only for women! They even make recommendations for other garages if you are out of the area! You won't find better people! When I am in New England, I drive out of my way to come back to these guys!
