We believe in treating every patient as if they were our own pet, and giving them the same loving attention and care.
At Navy Boulevard Animal Hospital, we offer a variety of services to care for your pet. If you have any questions or would like more information on how we can care for your pet, please contact us today. Our staff will get a chance to talk to you and see if you are having any trouble with your pet. We will also go over diet, preventative medicine, and exercise to ensure that your pet is as healthy as possible.
30 minutes to 1 hour of play in the morning and in the afternoon. There is one on one interaction with staff and it is a group play environment with other dogs. Dogs are grouped by size and they chase frisbees, play "catch me if you can" and "keep away." This gives your pet socialization, exercise and overall happiness!.
With every stay your pet will have specialized care from our highly trained and loving staff. Safety and maintaining a peaceful environment are top priorities. We require an emergency contact number at time of drop off. If your pet shows signs of any severe anxiety or reactive behaviors such as climbing, biting, clawing, lunging, or trying to break out of the kennels they may need to be picked up by you or your emergency contact.

We are just traveling through the area, so I called this morning to see if I could possibly get a same day appointment for my dog (we are leaving tomorrow). She has an ear infection, and I didn't want her to be miserable for another week or so, until we're home. I was able to get the appointment, they were very professional and even told me what they suggested should be done, and how much each item (including citology) would cost. There were no surprises when it was time to pay. My dog got her good girl treats and we were off. I would certainly recommend this practice.

Mixed feeling. I paid for premium package which includes him getting a bath. My dates for my dog boarding was 16-20, with the 20th being a Sunday. I was'nt clear of the times to pick him up. I Kept calling on Thursday and on Friday to see how he was doing, nothing was about the times for pick up on Sunday. So I missed to pick up times, he had to stay another night. When I picked him up he didnt smell clean at all. I just was'nt happy. I really cant say at this point if he'll

Honestly the best vet hospital ever. Not only were they fast and able to fit my puppy in last minute but the staff kept me informed every step of the way. I was very lucky to get an appointment the next morning.the young lady came out to the car and patiently worked with Dixie to come inside. Dixie is real protective of me. She finally got her inside. The doctor called me about 15 minutes later with the details. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. He went over everything that was on the bill. Very professional. I picked a very good veterinary Doctor with a good staff.

I unfortunately had to let my 13-14 year old puppy go. But, even though it was the end of the day for the staff, they were very compassionate and took their time to explain what was happening and to allow me to spend some time with my pup. Dr. Russell took a good amount of time to talk to me about what was going on and the prognosis, he also was very compassionate in his explanation. The professionalism and compassion of the team was very much appreciated and it made a bad situation a little better.

After having been told that my dog was too old to have a mole removed off of his face and get his teeth cleaned with another vet's office, we decided to get a second opinion with Dr. Russell at Navy Blvd Animal Hospital. He informed us that, yes, our beloved 12 year-old, terrier mix, Zeke could have the mole removed and his teeth not only cleaned but removed. Zeke ended up having 15 teeth pulled and the mole removed. The vets and entire staff go above and beyond for their clients. I first took my dog after a nasty snake bite when most vets are closed for lunch. They spent hours with me making sure my girl was okay without breaking the budget. They are very thorough in explaining treatment options and recommendations.

They have earned my business for life! We recently had to make the difficult decision to say good bye to our pup and they did everything they could to make it as easy as possible. After being out of town a few days I came home and found my dog in need of medical attention. My vet was closed so I took a chance on going here even though others that I know told me they didn't recommend them. They don't take walk-in patients unless they are from a referral service. End result, they wouldn't see my dog. The staff seemed disinterested in gaining any business. I would not recommend them.

We needed a vet since our little dog was sick and ours was closed. I called them and was told they would wait for me since I lived 45 minutes away. Dr. Russel and staff were so attentive and gentle with our little Maltese. Great place and terrific care!!! Loved how clean it is and they took all the time necessary to answer my questions. Will definitely go back.

While evacuating from Panama City in the aftermath of Hurricane Michael, our precious, 16 year old beauty, Brandie, had a stroke. She couldn't stand up and was not comfortable. We took her to be evaluated and assessed at this Veterinary Clinic. The whole staff showed caring, compassion and attention to our needs during our suffering. We had to choose to let go of our sweet Brandie. The staff was sympathetic and helpful as well as attentive to our needs.
