Dr. Bobby Abate received his Bachelor's of Science degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Central Connecticut State University in 2011. At that time, he became a Certified Exercise Physiologist, holding a personal training certification through the American College of Sports Medicine.
He was also a proud member of the 2009 NEC championship football team where he played defensive back. Dr. Abate then went on to obtain his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 2016 from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic. Dr. Abate is a Nationally Certified Chiropractic Physician who specializes in all musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and nutritional counseling.

Also known as spinal manipulation, adjustments are designed to help restore proper function and motion to compromised joints within the spine. This leads to a properly functioning nervous system which is necessary to ensure optimal health. Not only do we adjust the spine, extremity adjustments are just as important.
This is also known as "muscle stripping" and the goal of this treatment is to break up any adhesions in the muscle or fascia within the area of concern. Silicone or glass cups are applied to the skin and pressure from the suction of these cups causes blood vessels to expand in the area and in turn increase blood flow which provides increased waste elimination and proper nutrition to the area.

Elite chiropractic is by far the best chiropractor I have been to. They go above and beyond each visit to address problem areas with different techniques. Dr. Kevin is awesome and has helped my pain immensely since starting there. I have been seeing Elite chiropractic for about 3 weeks. Prior to seeing them i had seen 2 other local chiropractors, yet in such a short time I’ve made great progress with them. Elite is personable, knowledgeable, and actually listens and works the problem areas. 100% would recommend to anybody looking for a good Chiropractor

I’ve been to a few different Chiropractors in the area, but nothing compares to the Dr’s at Elite. Both are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Kevin specifically, is a down to earth, genuine person who takes the time to hear you out and go through the process for your progress. They have a clean, updated and state of the art office space. Using the newest and best massage guns, heat wraps, Tens units and much more. Would and have recommended them to everyone I know. You won’t be upset with your service I promise you that!

I have been going to Kevin on a weekly basis for the last 2 months. Ive battled a herniated thoracic disc that Kevin has used many different techniques on. I’ve been seeing Dr. Bobby Abate for about a year now and he’s improved my body dramatically.
