The owner and staff were amazing! Flew out to Colorado with my Dad to drive a truck back to Illinois and had it strand us with a dead battery and a bad alternator on the side of the road.
Had it towed over to their shop on a Saturday, when they weren't even open, but luckily they were at the shop anyway. They let me drop it in their lot, let me borrow a few tools, and fix it all up and got us back on the road!
All they wanted was a good review! If I ever have to have a vehicle go south on the road again, I hope its within 60 miles of Craig so I can get it towed over to them.

My 2015 Super Duty had an Alternator issue while Elk hunting in November of 2019 and camping in the mountains. I drove to Rocky Mountain Auto and when I pulled into the lot the trucks electrical system died. The people working that day dropped everything to help me out and get me back on the road. They dropped us off to get lunch and 4 hours later they had it fixed and picked us up. Happy to say we drove it 1,500 miles back to Wisconsin and it is still going strong. Thank you for the excellent service. Shout out to the tech, dont remember his name but his wife was going to have a baby soon.

Second time I've used this garage.
This time I brought my truck in for hub work, alignment, an issue with the steering gear box and a battery drain.
I Was charged over 1100$ for parts an labor.
-Steering gear (They cleaned it and charged me labor) never changing it. I asked if I could have them put in a beefier aftermarket box (redhead)and was told "sure,we will just charge you more to make up the difference".Still have 2 inches of play in steering wheel. Was leaking out of adjustment screw, then told me it was leaking because it was over full. (I over filled it before driving
