Kevin is the owner and creator of Fit Personal Training Studio. He has worked over 20 years as a fitness professional, teacher and coach. His passion was to create a fitness studio that provided a progressive, comfortable, approachable environment that delivered guaranteed results. Kevin has spent many years helping and teaching others about exercise, how to change their bodies and make fitness part of a lifestyle.
