Went in not really knowing much but was always curious how I'd feel after a deep foot massage and this was the best experience ever! I can't recommend this place to enough people. It was sadly the fastest hour of my life and I wish it could have gone on forever.
The back massage at the beginning was a nice way to get relaxed and ready for the rest of the service. It had a nice ambiance and the masseuse I had was amazing. I'm already looking forward to planning my visit next month!

If you’re looking for a real reflexology massage this is the place to go. Very clean and professional with focus on foot massage. The only reason I took one star off is because you get no privacy. It’s one large room with beds and recliners. I wish there were privacy screens in place to make the customer feel more relaxed. I just couldn’t really melt into relaxation because I felt so exposed.

Amazing. I just love this place so much. I have been going for years. There is one individual who works there, Alex, and he is amazing. Truly the best. He loves his job. He even told me he loves giving massages and he takes great pride in making you feel relaxed. Everyone there is good, Alex is exceptional. He only works on the weekends FYI. If you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out.

This review could have been better but, when the receptionist ruins the experience it's a no go.
Remember, paying customers keeps you in business.
We drove 1 hour away to visit this place. Yeah you heard me, 1 hour... and I brought my mom and sister. The receptionist was unpleasant and acted as if we were peasants.
I told her I wanted to assure we remained upright since we only wanted our feet massaged and she instantly looked at us and said in a nasty tone, it's a foot massage you only sit not lay. I said I'm just making sure since the communication

Best Massage! I had Lee. He really worked on my back (shoulder blades)! I came in a mess. It was a good hurt when he was working on me. He hit all the spots. He kept asking if I was ok. I wanted to ask him if he was ok!!! I’ve never had a massage like this. And I’ve had a lot! Excellent! I’ve been going to a chiropractor to help this issue. Lee got me feeling so much better. Better than the chiropractor & acupunture! THANK YOU LEE!

I have been to Gen Foot spa several times, it has always been very good with experienced masseuses. However this time was extremely unpleasant. It was very obvious the masseuse did not know what he was doing, he continuously would massage my bones rather than muscle. Hardly any of it was enjoyable and I was relieved when it finally ended. When I told the receptionist my experience wasn't great she just nodded and ignored the comments.
Very diss appointed and will not return after this, big waste of an hour and money.

Spouse and I came in before and loved what we did. Asked if there was a way to do the "A" but for 90 mins instead of 60 mins. They reassured us that "C"is the same/ better and does the longer version of what we wanted. Confirmed this information with both male and female staff up front more Than once.
It was not similar in the least and didn't massage the things we needed done. Neck, arms, shoulders and hands. We are Very disappointed, still sore, and less the time and money. When we told her that was nice accurate at all, she just said too bad. Next time only do A. bad

What a long 6 months of a pandemic with my trusty Gen Foot Spa! Was so happy to see they were open for business. Everyone has a mask. The massage areas are distanced. Even had a temp scanner and plenty of sanitation available. I have been avoiding going places by felt completely safe! Was so delighted to find out they are open and being safe I booked myself another massage two days later lol. Their massage services have really helped my chronic illness amd I'm so happy to have them back in my health routine circulation!

Love this place so much! I go here weekly. Can’t beat the price! I am immunocompromised but going here weekly really impacts my health positively so was super bummed when they had to close due to Covid restrictions on spas this summer but the moment they were open again they use face masks and face shields, the temp check and you’re socially distanced on the actual chair/bed. I feel completely safe in Gen Foot Spa and completely rejuvenated when leaving! If you manage to make it through without falling asleep it’s really cool to focus on the reflexology cause you can feel the subtle changes

Very disappointing. It was just weird being in the room with everyone. The back massage hurt. I kept telling the guy lighter and less pressure but nothing changed. He was very aggressive not relaxing at all. Very rough even wiping my feet clean. He definitely didn't know what he was doing. I was hoping the foot massage would be better but it just left me wanting. Not sure how they have all these great reviews that are all fives. BS reviews. It is nothing like the reviews state. No foot soaks. No oils. Complete false advertising.

I can’t disagree with all the reviewers here. I got a back pain, because my husband always cuddling me when sleeping. Then I got wrong position. It took me a days to figured this out because I did massage (deep tissue) but doesn’t work, then I try this reflexology, and it works good. The service was good with Russel, he will make sure if it’s too hard for you or not. 1 hour was really enough to me. And I recommend this place.

I didn't know what it was until a neighbor recommended it to me. Then I mentioned it to my sister who had been previously and she said it was great.
Basically, you walk into a dark room with 15-20 other chairs/beds and they massage you. The foot massage (1 hour) starts with you seated on an ottoman, and they rub your shoulders, arms, hands and back while your feet are in a warm bucket of water. Then after 15-20 mins, they ask you to lay/sit on the recliner and they will rub your feet (from feet to knees) for 40 minutes. Then they may rub

This place is a damn joke. I wasted my lunch hour on this "foot spa" and am still hurting from it. My boss sent me here as a reward for winning a contest. First off, I come in and say I want a full body massage with medium intensity. I get asked if I'm pregnant in a rude tone. I get walked in and lay down next to someone who nothing in between us. I also keep my clothing on at all times. The guy who worked on me was not "medium". He was INTENSE. It was a brutal hour. He could feel me tensing up and saying it was too hard. He didn't let off. Excellent foot massage from John! Very impressed with this spa in comparison to other Asian Foot Massage places I’ve been to. Gen Spa was very clean; the temperature, lighting and music were perfect. My therapist’s pressure was great and he was very friendly. I would suggest to wear a tank top for ladies and shorts or pants that can be rolled up past your knee. At the beginning, when your feet are soaking in warm water, you are given a nice neck and should massage that includes the arms. Gordon at the front desk was also very nice and welcoming. I will definitely be back soon!
