Update to this review. Was able to reach out to Ronald Ricci after a continued stall by Mr Sisco failing to reply to my attorney again! After my texting today to the law firm owner did Mr. Sisco reply to my counsel stating " he is NOW awaiting the other parties review". Interestingly I am friends with that families friends next door. I would hope this is not another stall technique as I will find out if they have been contacted when I see mutual friends this evening! Happy holidays folks may the new year bring never a reason to deal with Shannigans. When this gets resolved I

I bought a home where this office was representing the seller. They were required to provide escrow monies to my attorney for requires repairs. I did the repairs post closing, provided receipts to receive the monies from my attorney. My attorney has repeatedly sent emails to this office along with calls as well as I have too! To no avail. The monies are not released now over TWO YEARs! I am filing a grievance with the state bar association at cost and for more in court!! Kevin Sisco should be disbarred and this law firm should be shut down if they support his behaviors

I had a slip and fall accident in 2017. I was very nervous about what to do and how to handle missing work and the whole situation. I called Ricci Fava. Marisa Dominguez handled my case. Marisa went above and beyond, always answered my calls and reaching out to me with any new info. I never had to wait long for a call back. My case was settled in about two years from the day of my accident. The outcome was greater then I could have ever asked for. Marisa was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. If I could give 0 stars I would. I agree with the other reviewer, poor communication. You have to basically hound them to get a call back, then they never have an answer for you and never return your calls. I used this firm based on a recommendation from a friend. We used them for a simple issue. We moved out of our apartment and landlord never returned our deposit. Lisette at the firm told me the landlord was served on 12/14/16, today is 4/30/18 and nothing at all has been resolved.
