Going to the dentist for me is like a waking nightmare, but my experience at Caz dental was quite the opposite. The dental hygienist made me feel at ease and comfortable and was willing to work with me through my anxieties. It's also nicely decorated which may be a weird observation but I've been in some offices that look like they haven't been updated since the early 70s and should've probably been condemned...so thats nice.

Dr.Fauth and his staff are the best! Very knowledgeable, considerate and friendly.Dr. Fauth is an awesome dentist. He is the first dentist to give me a squeaky ball to squeeze if I felt any discomfort, and he responds immediately. He has done many fillings, crowns and an abscess. I’ve had other dentists in my life but none better.

My new patient intake experience was phenomenal! I called Monday, and was in the office Wednesday. Dr. Fauth was quick to ensure that my teeth were in good order and was happy to meet me personally as a new patient.

Upon entering the staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and well organized. When they realized that I was waiting awhile they checked in with me to let me know that my turn was almost coming. Which I found was very thoughtful. Then when going in the staff was very friendly and personable when I went in for my x-ray. While waiting for Dr. Fauth an assistant came in and got me set up very friendly. When Dr. Fauth came in he was very nice and helpful on what my next plan of action is. I felt like he generally cared.

Will NEVER go to Cazenovia Dental or Goel Dentistry for work for any of my family again. My husbands dentures are HORRIBLE. Upper plate broke before 1 year and had to have a wire put in it. The lower plate has now also broke. They say they cannot repair it and needs a new one!! I say SHODDY WORK if a company can't repair work THEY DID! Dentures should last AT LEAST 5 YEARS!! (not 1) I WILL NOT RECOMMEND EITHER OF THESE BUSINESSES!

Terrible customer service. Booked me for a $99 cleaning than texted me 7:30 in the morning (5 hours before my appointment) to tell me that they weren't able to offer me the cleaning without spending an additional $65 on an exam. When I voiced my discontent on why I was booked for a service that couldn't be performed without being scammed into further expenses, I was told that I should find a different practice. I responded that although I was unhappy with their service I would still come in and pay for their scam because I needed my teeth cleaned. 20 Minutes later I got a call from the local police
