I never actually have been to office-I was referred to, thankfully. I've decided to go with this agency for car & renters insurance. I have been in contact with agent Tammy who has been super accommodating to my working hours thru mostly e-mail as I requested, by contacting me and answering my questions. She checked out what type of insurance I was wanting & got me the best deal after comparing others. The one downfall is that there is a 12 month full price for car insurance or 6 months. At a time right now that we are all struggling with income & employment issues, it is very difficult to come
