The foods we eat, and the way we balance them in a meal has a dramatic effect on blood glucose levels. Quantity of food consumed plays a big role too, but we will focus this section on how and why we balance our meals with protein, carbohydrates, and fats, and how to choose our carbohydrates for optimal fat loss.

Dr. Gebaide is an amazing chiropractor! She performed a miracle on my dislocated coccyx moving it back in place and changed my life I did not think could be changed. I am so grateful to have been referred to her by the orthopedic doctor after 11 months suffering from the pain and be limited in movements. Dr G and her staff are an absolute pleasure. My lower back and left hip have been giving me some nagging pain and then injured myself working out on top of that. They got me in right away and the shock therapy, dry needling and adjustment performed have worked wonders on my healing process. If you’ve never had dry needling— I highly recommend you see Dr G!! This is the second chiropractor I visited for the same issue, but this place have been much more helpful and informative than the first. Before I came here, I was only able to run a mile before I had to stop because of my back tightening up too much. The same went with basketball. I could only play a few minutes before I had to take a break. Now, after a few weeks of coming here, I have been able to be more active without my back giving me any sorts of issues! They are very friendly, easy to talk to and Dr. Gebaide’s YouTube channel has helped me realize how to stretch the right way. All in all

I highly recommend Dr. Gebaide and Centreville Chiropractic! I have been coming here regularly for a few months now with neck pain and tension headaches, and Dr. G has helped me reduce the number of headaches I get each month and taught me techniques to mitigate tension and stress on my body. Dr. G and the staff at Centreville Chiropractic Center are some of the best medical professionals that I have visited. She truly listens to you, discusses your lifestyle and small changes that you can make that can make a lasting impact on your health. I've been coming to see Dr. Gebaide for over a year now and she's incredible. I work in an office so I spend a lot of time sitting and have also had weight lifting injuries, so my back was a mess before I came to see her. I'd been to several other chiropractors before coming to Centreville Chiropractic and was never satisfied with the results.
