This has to be the worst roofing company in the Houston area. Do not use this company.
I recently and mistakenly used Premiere to repair my roof after a recent storm late in 2019. Since then, I have had 3 leaks in my roof. They have fixed 2. The project manager on this job, Mikael, and the company itself does not respond to my text messages, does not return my calls and provides excuses as why they cannot fix my roof when they do answer my call. This company will be reported to the BBB and I hope everyone reading this review will choose wisely on selecting their roofing contractor.

Our home was hit by hail earlier last month-in the Katy area. A few “roofers” knocked on our door about damage in the area, we wanted our roof looked at. My wife had contacted Premier Roofing & Exteriors- about an inspection. We have lived in 4 different houses in the last 21 years and never had replaced any of our roofs. Being new to the process I was surprised at how much help was provided. Crew team worked quickly and cleaned up after well. They even rolled a magnetic nail sweeper through the yard to pick up loose nails.

These guys did my neighbors roof so I decided to try them out. Once they found the hail damage the sailing was smooth from there. They worked with my insurance from start to finish and I had a new roof up a lot quicker than I had expected. I would definitely recommend them if you think you need a new roof.

Premier and their team were great to work with right from the beginning. There were some changes along the way and some upgrades that we wanted to put into the roof. They were more than accommodating, as well as helping us in making the right decisions. They were professional and a pleasure to work with.
