The brake system is actually composed of two kinds of systems---Hydraulics and Friction Materials. If there was an option to put zero stars i would!! I had my truck put in for an accident going through insurance. They had it there for a whole month. they never kept me in the loop with what was going on. I had to call them to get the information about what was going on!!!. Then when i received my truck back i inspected the work that they have done. They installed my power steering controller and it was cracked then then a couple day later i started losing my power steering when i put in reverse, then when i made it home and try to start my truck up my truck when in a safety mode (limp mode)and

We were coming back from vacation and our break pad dislodged. Not knowing the area, we just randomly picked Jennings. Even though much of their staff were on lunch break, they still looked at our car right away. About a half hour later, our car was ready. They had the part they needed to fix it and didn’t even charge us! They were so nice and kind. I was so impressed with their professionalism. I highly recommend them!

I went in for my usual oil change on this visit and I wouldn't go any other place besides Jennings. The personnel are super friendly and they always tell you what your car needs, if that is necessary, and aren't pushy trying to convince you of something that is not needed. I trust the personnel at Jennings and I would suggest people take their car to Jennings for any problem they might have.

One of the most stressful things about the auto repair business, is when you need to find a new one. I can say Jennings AR has proven to us that they are absolute tops when its comes to providing excellent work, pricing and promptness. To start off with, we have had 2 vehicles that needed service and we need a local repair facility (they are 10 mins from my residence). Normally I would have my vehicles serviced near my employer 40 mins away, but with COVID and now working from home, I needed to do more of these things locally. Set up appts for both vehicles. I wanted to leave this review to say that these guys do awesome work. Though I didn't get work done here, I looked around and saw how they operate and I must say, I'm impressed. Whats even more impressive is how they handled the situation of me being a upset due to a price discrepancy that I had over the phone with them.
They're extremely professional, the work they do is phenomenal but unfortunately we couldn't agree on price for exhaust work, with my car being of a little bit of higher end - the pricing was a tad much for me.
