Team Resources is one of the leading commercial and industrial real estate firms in northern and central New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut, specializing in locating and marketing commercial/industrial properties. We refer to ourselves as a "boutique" corporate firm and always hold client satisfaction as a top priority.
Over the last ten years, we have sold and leased approaching 40 million square feet with an aggregate transactional value well in excess of $1 billion. Team Resources was formed by industry veterans David Cantor and Greg Sholom during the market depths of 1989, following the stock market crash of 1987.

Services
Team Resources: Unusual name for a corporate real estate firm. But we're an unusual company. We're a boutique, not a conglomerate - four seasoned principals with decades (would you believe centuries) of experience in commercial and industrial real estate and a thorough knowledge of the Northern and Central New Jersey market.
It is our job to find your future space with the help of fifty years' worth of data into our proprietary in-house listing system combined with top internet multiple listing type services, as well as our extensive network of personal relationships. We are active brokers with a full knowledge of available properties and quite often we're aware of off market opportunities.
We were extremely impressed by your professionalism. Less than a week after starting your marketing efforts and found a top quality tenant for our Lodi facility. We had several requirements that were not easy to fulfill; yet you were able to locate, skillfully negotiate and consummate a transaction under constraints and other difficulties.
