Dr. Carl Miller is a lifelong community member, and is always trying to improve the lives around him, whether through participating in various organizations over the years, volunteering, or holding drives at the office. He is happily married to his wife, Sue, and together they love spending time with their four children, three grandchildren, two son in laws, two dogs, and two grandanimals, especially in the outdoors.
For new patients and patients that have not been here in a while and need to update paperwork, please arrive approximately 10 minutes early to fill out some paperwork for us. We will also need to see your insurance card if we have not seen you before, or if you have updated/changed your insurance since the last time you last visited.
Head towards Wisconsin on Hwy 35, taking the exit onto Hwy 535/53. Stay on 53 until you reach the intersection of 53 and 22nd Ave E (at the lights, with McDonald's on your left and Kwik Trip on your right). Take a right turn onto 22nd Ave E, and then another right turn a couple blocks later onto E 5th Street.

What a guy and what a place! Carl is a good guy that will go out of his way to help. As a new patient (I'm in the med field) I can say he gave a thorough exam without extra test/expense. The adjustment was holistic yet manual which left me feeling relieved of pain. Great discussion, great place, great doc. Skip the "manufactured back quacks" and get treated right and well. I specifically travel 50+ miles to this location for my chiropractic and massage care because the staff are so knowledgeable. Dr. Carl is a straight shooter and will never scam you or take advantage of your illness like some other chiropractors have been said to do. He fully explains everything that he is doing. Darla is magical with her hands, also very knowledgeable in her craft with many certifications and trinkets in her room that help explain what she is doing. The best part- they're so cheap!! A 90min massage and adjustment costs me under $150 every time- you literally CANNOT get that deal

I was at a point in my life where my arm was so sore that I could no longer carry my purse. I had very little experience with chiropractic - however I decided to give this a try.
