90% of home health agencies do not accept an array of insurances, rather they service based on Medicare only benefits. This limits the amount of daily services a patient may qualify for. Our loved ones deserve the best. They deserve more than the bare necessities to keep them breathing. They deserve quality and quantity care.

This agency refuses to hire English speaking home health aides. I don't appreciate your agency stressing out my cousins.
3 English speaking aides is not enough for the areas your company serves. Employees are your most important assets.
From the reviews I have read, your Spanish speaking clients/customers are dissatisfied with the quality of service your agency provides.
Do yourselves a favor and change your agencies name. Faith is not a word that describes the agency.
If I had the funds, I will move my cousins to the great state of Alabama or have them live with my aunties in Georgia. They

On 7-09-19, the HHA, Rosa Tercero used this washcloth to bathe my mother; and on 7-10-19 the same HHA did not show up to work nor call in to either the family, the day care agency, or Faith Health Care. The Case Manager, Dania Ferran had no idea that their HHA had not showed up to work until she phoned her !! Apparently their HHA's are independent contractor for whom they have no control over.
