I booked a massage. I showed up, staff got me back late to find out there was not a massage table available and tried to put me in a room that was for something else. I tried to reschedule and they had me come back later that day. Same issue, not ready when I came back. Masseuse started late. When I asked if I would get my full hour he said yes but only gave me 50 mins. I wanted focus on my upper back and shoulders and left with the same tension. Then the Masseuse tried to charge me even though I had a gift certificate. No one was at the front to help him. This place is nice but unprofessional

We called late on a Saturday (10/30) about getting a couples massage. I was having an occipital migraine and have been in a PsA flare for a while. My husband had done some work for a friend and his back was very sore. We were a mess! They got us in and Alexis and Frida are AMAZING!!! Very personable and attentive to our needs. We will be back. I’m excited to try other services offered.

I recently had my third massage experience at Petra. Every time I've scheduled an appointment, the staff is very friendly and professional. The facility is clean and relaxing. I have had two out of three good massages however the massage therapist that wasn't so great, I believe was a newbie. The price of a massage at Petra's is very affordable and truly worth it.
