The original Palmer Roofing was started in 1920 in Miami, Florida. The original office was on Miami Avenue and North 17th Avenue. The founder was William (Bill) Palmer, who, after years of working hard building a reputation of superior service, passed the business on to his two sons, Tom and Bob Palmer, in the mid-1960s.

In 2000, Palmer installed my $20K barrel tile roof. It's leaked multiple times. When getting an estimate in from them in 2017, I was told that the paper that they used was substandard but "code" at the time of installation. I'm now paying for a total roof replacement + $9K (so far) in additional reconstruction to areas rotted from severe water damage. I trusted this company's history and reputation and was screwed.
