I gushed about Craig Campbell/State Farm until we actually had to file a claim, due to a power surge caused our HVAC system to fail. I contacted Craig Campbell’s office and spoke with Bennett. I told him we had recently learned our HVAC issues were caused by faulty Entergy equipment, and I needed to know where to go from there. Bennett told me to contact Entergy, and if they refused to repair the unit, then I could file a claim. I pushed back on that, and he put me on hold for about 10 minutes so he could “confirm with Craig” that was the correct course of action. He came back on the line

The young man, Hadrian Daniels, responded quickly and joyfully to my call. Mr. Daniels understood my questions and concerns about my insurance and promptly redirected me to Bennett. Overall, both men were more than polite and helpful on what could’ve been a stressful situation. I highly recommend this office and this team for all insurance needs!
