The Naseth Construction Project Team shares a rich history of successful projects in a wide variety of construction areas. Scott Naseth is the president and founder of Naseth Construction Inc, a construction firm specializing in general contracting in the Fargo-Moorhead area.
Naseth Construction takes pride in being a builder. We build projects in a collaborative team environment, using innovative techniques to improve productivity, reduce costs and give clients the best project possible. When the construction work is almost finished, we understand that close-out is often the most challenging, and sometimes frustrating, part of the project.
Design-Build construction is another contracting method that is gaining popularity, as it can provide significant cost and time savings for owners. Whereas the traditional Design-Bid-Build process separates design and construction, Design-Build provides a single point of responsibility for an entire project.
We build projects in a collaborative team environment, using innovative techniques to improve productivity, reduce costs and give clients the best project possible. Construction Management is a project-delivery system in our toolbox that uses a Construction Manager to facilitate the design and construction of a project by organizing people, materials and equipment.
Many of those exceptional services in our toolbox apply when you invite us to be General Contractors too - stuff like experience, knowledge, leadership capabilities and the commitment to creating a team atmosphere. And while we typically recommend the Design-Build construction approach, we understand that's not always what the job calls for.
