I went in for a quote after looking for a different insurance company. Leonor helped me providing me with a quote . She was super nice and very patient with me as I didn’t understand any of the coverages but she took her time to explain them to me. I am happy I went with a office that actually cares about their customers rather then the $. Definitely recommend this office and their staff.

My family has been with Josette's branch for years, and I'd always been bundled under my parent's plan, until just recently. My husband and I just started looking into our own policy last week, and after working with Leonor to get quotes and compare against my husband's current policy, we were able to save about $40 a month. We have had our insurance with Josette Utke’s office for almost 15 years and we have had nothing but stellar service. Whenever we have had to make any claims over the years, (and unfortunately we have had several) Josette and her staff were always extremely helpful with getting us through the process effortlessly. Our claims were always handled in a professional and timely manner. We recently had an incident where something flew off of a truck, cracked my wheel and popped my tire, leaving me completely stranded. I called the office and explained the situation and they submitted the claim immediately
