For my apartment search, I couldn’t have been more happy. The friendly atmosphere, the only place in town where I got told everything from the start. Assigned me a an apartment so I could turn on utilities etc, only to notify me after providing proof of services in my name that they assigned me the wrong apartment... Lived here for 4 months so far and atleast 2 days a week there is zero hot water when needed, turn in the issue weekly but still not resolved. Managed poorly if you're thinking about SouthFork be warned look elsewhere

Lived here for 4 months but before we moved in they gave us the wrong lease and gave us the run around on a move in date. Broken appliances and windows that aren’t sealed and drafty. Constantly have NO hot water and issue gets resolved but that only lasts a few days. To not have hot water for a family of 5 and pay 1200 a month is ridiculous!! They will call demanding payment on the second day of the month with an additional fee over 100$ but can’t fix issues when they arise or even have an emergency contact for after hours.

I was really impressed with how they handled the entire process of getting an apartment. I dealt with Kirsten T. and she helped me from beginning to end. She did a fantastic job! She explained to me everything that needed done and was willing to answer every question. Kirsten was kind and courteous. She made sure my apartment was perfect before handing over the key.
The apartment is awesome. It's clean and well taken care of. The facilities at South Fork look amazing. It has a gym and a pool. The process for paying rent can be done online which I love.
I'm very happy with the entire process.

Kirsten Troyer was very helpful and excellent throughout the entire process. I moved all the way from Florida and didn’t have to worry about a thing because of the professional communication, timely paperwork processing, and flawless welcoming once I arrived on site.
Definitely recommend working with her and all of the awesome staff in the office!

Extremely nice apartments! I personally lived here for a couple years and now refer clients here until they’re ready to buy houses. The professionalism of management, particularly Lorna, is unmatched! Always a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. Anyone moving in here will all around have a great experience! Nice clean units with a well kept pool in the Summer! Rent is always very competitive! I’ll continue referring to South Fork!
