It is our pleasure to provide our patients with professionalism and excellent care. As a courtesy to our patient family we will assist with insurance paperwork, provide estimates and make a variety of appointment times available for you. We will give thorough home care instructions and educate our patients so that they might make choices that best suit their need.
It is our desire here at Southern Smiles to serve our patients in an efficient and courteous manner. We strive to minimize our patient paperwork and stay on time with scheduled appointments. We begin each day at 7:00am and work through lunch to provide appointment flexibility. The front desk staff will be glad to assist with the verification of insurance eligibility and benefits when presented with the correct information.
A: "First visit by first birthday" sums it up. Your child should visit a pediatric dentist when the first tooth comes in, usually between six and twelve months of age. The staff is polite and courteous from the time you walk in the door. They are constantly asking if you are doing okay. They do their best to put you at ease on matter what you are having done. Dr. Scott is great, he has been my dentist for over 15 years. I would recommend Southern Smiles to anyone looking for a great dentist.

I love this dentist, the assistants, and even front desk people. He doesn’t overcharge and he only does necessary work on me, my husband and children. I can’t stand a drill-happy dentist, and he is not that...thank goodness. I would recommend this place to everyone. My dental assistant is always so nice and have my teeth looking diamond white. They have a clean and updated look.

Hi, Just want to say I love my dentist group. Southern Smiles Family Dentistry are the best. I had a tooth repaired with a filing this morning Dr. Scott and the young lady assisting him were fabulous. Everyone there are so friendly and always doing all they can to make you comfortable and happy.
