Our in-house development team leads all efforts from acquisition and entitlements, community relations, design development, construction management, and leasing and asset management.
Rock Creek acquires and develops property in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC. In addition to direct acquisitions, a large part of our business includes joint ventures with local and regional partners where our capital, expertise, skill-sets, and other resources can be assets to the project.
We are equally comfortable acquiring fully occupied properties, buildings that are entirely vacant, ground-up opportunities, or assets in need of significant investment and repositioning.
