Great service, caring and friendly people. The tech called me twice to ask my preference on an installation which impressed me!

I never really thought of Samaritan as a repair shop, I always considered it a tires place. When I got my 33 inch KO2's installed on my GX 470 I noticed how Helpful they were considering I had Rims from tirerack they were putting tires on. I asked if they did any Lift/suspention work like upper control arms and alignment and they pointed to the 3 alignment racks nearby. I have had great service from Samaritan Tire for years and today was no exception. I had picked up a 2 inch screw in one of my tires and had put on the spare myself. I brought the bad tire in without an appointment in the afternoon and they said they could get it repaired by the next day, maybe today since they are open until 6 PM. They called less than two hours later and it was ready. They swapped out the spare with the repaired tire and it was ready in no time. Just another day of quick, efficient service.

We rolled in in an emergency and they worked us in. Gave us quick service for a great price. Saved our vacation.

I've come here for snow tires and summer tires for years now. They are the best in the cities and have always done quality work. Very knowledgeable staff who love cars, this carries through to their work.

Such a great place to bring your car. Been coming here for years. If you want a trustworthy, honest, incredibly skillful and knowledgeable tire/suspension/brake/alignment/custom wheel shop, there is no other place to go to in the metro!

Not too impressed with the sales team, they start with the most expensive tires and work down to the cheaper ones. They make you feel poor asking for a more affordable tire. Service team is good get you in and out quick.

I’ve been bringing my cars to Samaritan since we moved to MN about five years ago. From rotations to new tires/wheels to truck leveling, there is no other auto service shop that I trust more. They are fairly priced, shoot straight, and provide good customer service (Frank and Robbie especially). I’ve referred numerous friends and highly recommend them.

They gave my wife and I an accurate and timely estimate on our vehicle (within 45 minutes). Also, gave us a loaner car in the meantime. The staff is very professional and kind to deal with. They will have our business with our vehicle needs. I strongly recommend trying them out!

For several years I have been going to Samaritan. I left a review after the first time I went, impressed with their great service, efficiency and low cost. Got four tires yesterday during the first big snow of the year. They were able to get me in at noon without an appointment and promised to get it done before they closed at 6. Clearly I wasn't the only one who had the idea to buy new tires because the lot was full!

Sure enough, they called me at 5:30 to tell me their work was done. Between waiting for a cab and traffic, I didn't arrive until a few after 6 but they stayed open to make sure everyone could pick up their keys and pay.

I found Samaritan Tire through their high ratings on Tire Rack. I bought my winter tires mounted on rims through Tire Rack and had them shipped to Samaritan. Apparently Tire Rack accidentally put studs on a couple of tires, so before I even got to Samaritan, Samaritan called Tire Rack and told them those are illegal in this state. So that helped me skip a trip out there only to find out they were the wrong tires.

I have been using Samaritan for 20 years. Friendly, helpful, quick and always reasonable. I wouldn't go any where else! Just had the second set of tired put on my car and service as usual, EXECELLENT! Camper, trailer, car or flats, they have taken care of every one.

I use them to store & mount my winter & summer tires. They do good work at a reasonable price & are usually quite timely. I like how they do not readjust every mirror & seat just to drive it 50 feet like other places. I highly recommend them.

Staff the hell up before the first snow!!! If customers are turned away on their summer rubber, that is not acceptable. Extremely disappointing. Time to shop for better tire service.
Update: Samaritan put me ahead of the line the next day. Kudos! Now, one final complaint: PLEASE don't leave Fox News blaring on the waiting room tv! Most Minnesotans find that crap offensive.

Best flat tire I ever had. I pulled in with a fast leak in my tire. I had stopped at several gas station on my commute home to keep the tire full. The guy behind the counter was great. Quoted me a price in 5 mins. Had the paperwork done in 6 mins. I was out the door thirty minutes later and the price was exactly as quoted. Awesome!!!

I have been using Samaritan Tire for many years now. Recently, I purchase a set of custom wheels for one of my cars and had chosen a rather hard to find tire to pair with them. Not only did they have the tires in stock (which no one else in the five county area did), but I was able to get them done right away. I dropped the car and the wheels (still in their boxes) off Friday night and picked it up on Saturday. They were very careful with the wheels, not a single scratch on them! I just got a set of tires at Samaritan earlier this week, on the recommendation of a long-time Hopkins resident. I sent them an email from their website, and received an answer the following morning. They gave me a few options, complete with pricing. I told them I'd drop by after work, and they said they'd have it done in an hour.
