I have been investing in real estate for almost 25 years. Even before my chance introduction to Sherwood in 2015 when he sold his first property to me, he was responsive to cold speculative calls. I consulted with Sherwood Baskerville regarding the eventual listing of my current home. While it will be several months before the home is actually put on the market, I found Sherwood to be extremely knowledgeable of the current market conditions. I called several times about a property and no one ever answered the phone. I left several messages, as well. Finally, after a week or so I was able to get someone to answer and was told the property I was interested in (that was still listed for sale) was under contract. Very unprofessional behavior to not return calls or messages.
