Services
Roofing tiles can be fired at a high temperature or fabricated from cement concrete. The color of tile can vary, it can be dispersed throughout, or it may be applied in the form of a coating. The most brittle tile is Spanish style barrel tile made from fired clay. This roof system is made up of a layer or multiple layers of underlayment as a moisture barrier.
Asphalt shingles are the most commonly used roofing materials on the market today, both in residential and commercial housing properties. Asphalt shingles are made up of either of composition substrate or fiberglass. Fiberglass substrate has a higher fire retardant rating because fiberglass is not combustible.
Modified Bitumen is a shingle ply membrane that consists of asphalt and rubber. Installation is either a self-adhering (Peel n Stick), or thermo fused using a torch with heat welds (Torch Applied). The roof system is made up of a fiberglass base sheet fastened to the roof deck, and then the modified is heated using a torch which heats welds the system in place.
Renew your weathered roof with a Silicone Coating. Silicone creates a smooth impermeable surface that offers excellent resistance to mold, mildew and staining. A silicone coating will form a seamless membrane that withstands ponding water without softening. Silicone is permanent and will not degrade, chalk or crack under Arizonas harsh UV rays.
