Dr. Filbeck Jr. grew up in Irving, Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Dallas County Dental Society, and Irving Dental Study Club. He is involved in his church community, volunteers in local dental clinics, and participates in dental missions abroad.
Crowns are full coverage restorations that are used to cover a tooth that is likely to break, or is too broken down to be restored with a filling. They are most commonly done after root canal treatment, or when a large filling wears out. The larger the hole made by a cavity that has to be treated, the more likely a crown will be needed.
This can be anything done to correct imperfections in the appearance of the mouth. Anyone who is unhappy with their smile can have it fixed. The upper teeth show, usually, only when smiling, while the lower teeth remain hidden. This is reversed when talking, with the upper teeth remaining hidden while the lower teeth show.

I have been going to this amazing family dentistry office for over 40 years! The quality and care is an unparalleled top notch experience in every aspect. I began going to Dr. Filbeck Sr. as a child when his wife Peggy was the office manager. I was devastated when I heard he was retiring years ago, as I knew I could never find this extraordinary experience anywhere else, where going to the dentist was not only not unpleasant, but somehow a positive soothing experience of honest genuine compassionate stellar dental healthcare I had complete faith in.

You guys are my heroes :)
I had a really bad toothache, im talking about brutal pain and I didn't know what else to do but ask for help. I walked into your office on Tuesday around 9:30 and asked if there was anyway I could see the dentist asap.
You managed to find me a spot (that day)at 12:30 which means a lot to me because I know that is usually when offices go to lunch, so I can only assume I cut into someone's personal time. Regardless you helped me out and got me on a plan and I am extremely grateful.
I can't reccomend this office enough. :)

This is literally the BEST dentists office I have ever been to. I grew up going to Dr Filbeck! He and his staff are incredible! When I moved further away I tried four other dentists, but ultimately decided I'm willing to make the hour drive to see Dr. Filbeck instead. He does everything he can to make sure you're able to get what you need done. He does great work and truly cares about his patients! I was SO scared to get a root canal done but Dr. Filbeck explained everything to me and made sure I was alright throughout my entire procedure. Best dentist EVER!
