We hired Julie McCarver to fight our case. I had everything she’d needed to win right off the bat. Not once did she put forth the evidence we gave her. She wasn’t in it for us, only in it to drag it out for more money. She came highly recommended by a cps worker. That should’ve been the obvious sign right there, to run like hell! She didn’t fight for us. She let the state walk all over us. She had all the proof in hand, but refused to use it. I wouldn’t recommend using her. I’d stir clear of her.
