This review is long overdue. Kevin took over my child custody case after I had issues and parted ways with my original representation. It was the best legal decision I've made yet! He is extremely professional, informative, straight forward, and just about everything you look for in an attorney. I was recommended to Kevin by my previous family attorney because she was retiring. I am glad I took her advice because Kevin is a very nice guy, well experienced with the law and offered solid advice. He was very easy to talk to, is not stand offish and has a pleasant demeanor. I felt like I was talking with a friend.
When looking for an attorney, you need to be careful because there are some lawyers out there who will tell you what you want to hear. You need an attorney who is straight up with you and give their honest opinion and advice.

I was skeptical after the initial custody hearing didn't go as well as I planned (I blame that on the judge). I went into the trial expecting the same but Kevin was absolutely on his game that day and I came out of court beyond happy. My ex hired an overpriced attorney from one of the better known firms and Kevin made her look like a rookie.

Kevin was highly recommended by a social worker who handled our grandson’s case as a ward of the state. He was everything she said he would be: “really good, fair, didn’t gouge (regarding his fees.)” He patiently explained the whole process of obtaining legal guardianship of our grandson, returned calls promptly, and followed through with sending documents in a timely manner. Because of his expertise in family law, our case was handled expediently and professionally. And besides all of this, Kevin is such a nice guy to work with!

I am impressed with Kevin Adaniya. He is a fighter who is always in your corner. He quickly digests complex cases and has a firm understanding of the law. He clearly explains your options and let's you decide a course of action. The legal system is very intimidating, but Mr Adaniya's sincerity and integrity lowered my level of stress.
