I sincerely hope that you find the relief you are looking for in these pages and with my capable hands. I offer everything from massage spa services to energy healing and pain management. I have a passion for helping people get pain relief through touch therapy. It doesn't matter if it is a recent, chronic, or long-standing situation.

Nor does it matter if it is from a slip or fall, a car accident or surgery, arthritis, bursitis or just plain old aches and pains. My techniques range from gentle to deep pressure, but never cause you any pain. After all, that's what you came in to get rid of, right? In most cases, my clients fall asleep in a few minutes because they are so relaxed.

Tissues in our body are made up of cells which are preprogrammed to function in a very specific way. When a cell structure is injured, a series of changes take place disrupting the cell's particular functions. These changes manifest themselves in what we perceive as pain in the injured area.

Pain is a result of cells and tissues becoming damaged and inflamed; whether it's from an injury, such as a bruise, or overuse of a muscle, or some other contributing condition or disease, such as arthritis. These damaged cells and tissues exhibit a lack of oxygen and a biological imbalance and generally have a poor blood supply.
My goal with a Therapeutic Massage is to make sure the muscles are tracking right on the bones so that you don't wear out your joints and so that your posture is upright. Neuromuscular Massage (Trigger Point) is a soft tissue manipulation that aims to treat underlying causes of chronic pain or intermittent pain involving the muscular and nervous systems.
The bamboo cane replaces the therapist's hands, and it is used to give a deep, firm massage. The cane is held by the therapist and rolled over the muscle with the same strokes they would use with their hands. The muscle is then kneaded, which assists in the release of tension and easing of knots. The technique of using warm bamboo for massage therapy is relatively new.
Definition: Cranial sacral therapy (also known as craniosacral therapy) is a gentle, noninvasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum. The goal is to release compression in those areas which alleviates stress and pain.

Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - it includes the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.It can be done with the clothes on or off and many people fall asleep.
Over 300,000 sports related traumatic brain injuries occur annually in the United States. Other concussions can occur at home, away from home with a "simple" fall, or a car accident. We need a more reliable and objective way to measure the immediate and persistent neurologic effects of these injuries.
