My mom and I traveled from southern Indiana to Shipshewana. We barley arrived at our hotel because our steering wheel locked up. My mom called this place, after asking the woman at the front desk at the Farmstead Inn, and the guy she spoke with generously offered to come and look at it. He said that the belt had come off, and we had just had it checked back home last week, and said that he could fix it. We waited 2 hours for the 3 belts that needed replaced. Everyone who works there is so nice and we very much appreciated their help and we were on our way to explore the city. Thank you so much

I'm just updating to add that really the work on my car *wasn't* fine.
They would claim to fix things, but they weren't really fixed or only partially fixed so that the problem would re-occur within a few months. I ended up taking the car home to my dad to fix. He's not a mechanic, he just knows how cars work. So it's a little ridiculous that he found and fixed the problems better than they did.
The absurdly rude attitude I could put up with, but obviously it wasn't worth it to keep coming back to a place that couldn't seem to figure out brake pads and rotors

I'm sorry Melody D...You have no clue as to the professionalism of all the employees at this establishment. I rely on my 1 ton Dodge for existence, and never have I had an unpleasant experience at Jonas's shop. They know how to keep a work truck working.
The expertise and quality of care that is given me is unsurpassed by anyone out there.
