Often referred to as "The Queen of Insurance", Susan is an amazing coordinator of all that goes on as our week unfolds. Whether in the administrative area or the clinical setting, this Grandview native is sure to be a familiar face. Amanda's sweet voice is the first you will hear when you call our office.
Dr. Jonathan Volz is pleased to call Grandview his home. Originally hailing from Olympia, Washington, he attended Seattle Pacific University to earn his Bachelor of Arts in Biology and went on to earn his Doctorate in Dental Surgery at Loma Linda University in California. Dr. Volz returned to Washington State to begin his career in dentistry in 1996, working with his cousin, Dr. David Grow, in Prosser, WA.
Your teeth are an important part of your body and keeping them clean helps keep your mouth and your body healthy. By taking care of your teeth, eating a balanced diet, and visiting the dentist regularly, you can have healthy teeth and an attractive smile throughout your entire life. At your checkup, you will receive a thorough cleaning and an oral exam by the dentist.
Your first visit to the doctor typically includes an x-ray that allows the doctor to view the structure of the jaw, the position of any teeth that have not yet erupted, malformed roots, and tooth decay. The initial visit also involves getting your medical history. When you share your medical history with the doctor, be sure to provide complete, up-to-date information on your health.
The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the patient's problem. You will be able to discuss fees and payment options before treatment begins. We have payment plans to suit different budgets. We also accept assignment from most insurance plans, and file the necessary papers to the insurance company.
