Placed an order for three types of T-shirts a few months ago, the order was messed up and the wrong shirts were printed. Contacted the owner Mark who promptly said he would fix and reprint and have them ready the week after. The next week came and went as did a few more. No response, no correspondence whatsoever. Shocking that this will now go to small claims court to settle. Buyer beware

I have been occasionally buying from Dayton Design and Print for 7 years. I always have been pleased with the quality of the work and turn-a-round time. Unfortunately, I can't offer praise for this company any longer. I have been waiting for a month since my deposit cleared my bank account for my garments. I told Mark , if he could not handle the job, just tell me, I will get someone else. He assured me he would have it done. I received emails indicating when the job would be done. Dayton Design and Print was fantastic to work with on a school project with over 300 t-shirts. They created beautiful shirts and even helped with color coordination for the print on the t-shirts. After getting our shirts we discovered half (over 25 shirts) had crooked logos or weren't centered. I got apologies from Mark who said their production guy was the issue and they let him go. Said he'd replace the shirts. 3 months and 3 emails later.. no response. Took my money and ran.. would recommend going elsewhere. UPDATE: Showed up at Dayton Design and Print to pick up shirts as owner suggested below. Waited an hour, nobody there and business closed (2nd time this has happened).
