As a current Staff member who has worked here for 10 years, this facility has come a long way. Our facility is unique in the sense that we take everyone, no matter their background. No place is perfect but we strive as a team to make our residents happy. Unfortunately as you see with the reviews you can't make everyone happy. Out of the few bad reviews you see here we have 2x more people who are happy with our services and ask to come back whenever they need our services again. If you believe in the saying, "don't judge a book by its cover", this facility would be one of those "books".

So many people to thank. The truly humble presiding president Manual. Dr Ronald (who is big on second chances) I don't know where I would be right now had it not been for you. Worthy William, who is very subtle. Caring Carol. Virtuous Vicky. ♥️Laughing Lou Ann, trustworthy theresa, Claudine, Roseline,Betty, Florence, Maria, Gloria, ❤️and definitely not last 💜lustrous Luara💜 Thank you suncrest. Thank you for everything. Clean rooms daily. Caring and loving nurses. Staff that are friendly. Not once did any of the nurses that tended to me complain. They went above and beyond.

I visited my friend there often. This is the place that will not negatively judge people and refuse to accept them . They work miracles with people came in looking pretty rough.The atmosphere is usually fun with the people visiting on a patio chilling out smoking a cigarette and having a pop . food is good . workers care . many of people said that they chose to come back when they had to go after some surgery . one guy was cranky and complained about everything ..my friend told me a group of the people who live there can't be pleased by the way they talk about the place. My daughter died at this snake pit 3 years ago. Her autopsy revealed she died of a toxic combination of drugs prescribed by the Dr. “caring” for her.
She had a respiratory arrest and was only 28 years old! I wouldn’t put my pet rat in this place for care if I had one. It’s a deadly place! BEWARE!!! She was kept heavily medicated and left behind her 2 year old daughter and fiancé. Of course she was on AHCCCS and was in this slum for wound care and IV antibiotics. I should have taken her out immediately! I’ll never forgive myself...

I was a patient there for less then 48hrs.... This place almost killed me....they hooked me up to my antibiotic and left my room. A few min later i started to have a reaction to my antibiotic so i hit my nurse call button...next thing i knew i woke up 1.5 hrs later and nobody checked on me and my call light was still on...i filed a grievence against the nursing staff and so they could about the grievence they insisted on trying to hook me up to the same antibiotic i had an illergic reaction to and when i refused they kicked me out of the facility...and as punishment for filling a grievence against

I only visit my mom when I can, and when I do I HATE that I have to go to this place. It smells like pee.. the smell is so bad words can't describe it. I am looking into relocating my mother now. But everyone who I tell that my mom is staying at this nursing home already knew how bad this place is, and how bad it smells. I also went to visit my mom at around 1230 where I found her sitting in her chair lined up behind about 7-9 people, sleeping.
