Concord Insurance Group has been my auto and homeowners insurance agent since around the mid-80s, when they were a fledgling business. They are the absolute best -- great service, and super responsive when there's a problem or complication with something. Always clear and supportive with their recommendations. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

I had a high level supervisor who told me to f*** off after I called regarding an important issue with my car insurance. She told me to not call her back and that there was nothing she was willing to do to help me. I have never been spoken to in a professional setting in such a way before. Their overall service and lack of professionalism epitomized the negative view of insurance agencies that many in this country have. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for car insurance.

I've been doing business with Concord Insurance for many years, and I can testify that they are a truly excellent firm. I own an older multi-family home, and the insurers that Concord Insurance represents have removed themselves from that market. Rather than just inform me that they would no longer be able to provide my insurance, Concord Insurance shopped around for me and found a direct insurer that would cover me, even though there was no financial incentive for them to make this effort. I can't think of another
