STAY AWAY FROM JDK!
These people are slumlords.
I first became aquainted with these people in 2012 when I found a handwritten roadside sign, like a yard sale sign, that said rent to own, or something like that.
My wife and I needed a new place to live, quickly, and were excited about the opportunity to possibly finally own a home.
We contacted the number, met with a guy named Brandon, looked at the house, and talked about the details.
We agreed to rent the house for $750/mo. for the first year, and then we would be able to buy the house for $114,500.
