Medenvios is a terrible corporation. I've been complaining with them for over a year about my diabetes supplies. they say I take my reading twice a day, my doctor changed the reading to every other day. I've been getting calls from them 2 or 3 times a week. telling me that I'm running out of supplies... these guys don't even LISTEN to their customers.

Since I moved to Florida in 2017 I’ve been seen by the same doctor for my Type 2 Diabetes. My diabetes is under control with pills and I measured my glucose three times a day. The prescription to MedEnvios has always been the same for a Type 2 Diabetic.
On the latest receipt of supplies I not only got the usual and more. I got syringes, new glucose meter and other items used by a type 1 Diabetic. I contacted MedEnvios and they told me that items where sent according to the doctors prescription. I then contacted my doctor who told me that nothing had changed and the had sent a script for a Type

As my father got older I needed to simplify his diabetes management so his Dr. recommended MedEnvios and I am glad he did because my dad is getting his testing supplied delivered to his house, on time and without any trips to the pharmacy or calls to me "(his son)" that he is out of testing or insulin supplies. I would highly recommend MedEnvios to anyone who is Diabetic.

I called twice to order couple medical devices for my brother. Their site says that they are open 24 hours a day, l inquired about those items but the lady who responded the call named Fernanda, didn’t even bothered to take the time to explain anything nor she wanted to listen to what I needed.

My mom ran out of supplies after waiting for her regular package and despite of having called several times to inquire the package was still not being sent. The rep told us after I pressed for an answer and solution that they had a billing issue and that I would need to go and pick it up myself today. My mother has suffered from other service delays and I tell her that she needs to switch companies if possible.

I was very disappointed and unimpressed with Customer Service! My father's glucometer stopped working. When I asked if they could overnight the meter, I was met with a big NO! Because of medicare... we were previously with another company and in emergency situations the company would overnight the products, no matter where he might be at the time. In this case, the representative acted as a gatekeeper. Then I asked if she could ask the manager, and she too said NO. How does this make Medenvios great, when they worry more about saving costs than assisting an elderly person with dire needs, and asking
