I tried reaching out Tom Fedorson from Green County Realty about a long cabin listing near Windham NY through Zillow. They were unable to reach him due to “no answer”. I decided to google the listing and found the realties number. Tom answered, so he and I set up a viewing for Sunday (today) November 14th at 2:00pm. I’d be driving up 2.5 hours from manhattan. He assured me he’d be there. I reached out again on Saturday the 13th just took reconfirm. Unable to reach his office or his cell, I left a message saying I’d see him the following day at 2pm. Today, the morning of our appointment

I have left several messages in regards to finding homes. Particularly homes being listed as foreclosures. I have yet to have a phone call returned. I’m not sure how this realty company can pride on 30 plus years of service. I think that service has long faded. I’m looking forward to working with other local realitors, “to make my real-estate dreams come true”, beacause Greene County Realty, doesn’t provide that service. ✌️
