Natalie is our knowledgeable and efficient office administrator. She has over two decades of experience, and has developed a wonderful rapport with our patients and their families. She is dedicated to working with our dynamic dental team to enable others to enjoy beautiful, healthy smiles! Although Natalie has called Greensboro her home her entire life, she loves to travel and spend time with family and her grandson.
Dr. Hatcher dedicated his career to improving the lives of patients by providing exceptional smiles. He has created a patient-centered practice with an emphasis on personalized attention. Dr. Hatcher knows that good oral health requires a lifetime commitment to diligent care. He develops lasting relationships to help patients maintain long-term oral wellness.
Dr. Merrell is married to Tricia and they have 3 children, Preston age 11 and Mary Grace age 10 and Thomas age 5. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, fly fishing, hiking and camping. Dr. Merrell was born in Anderson, South Carolina in 1973. He earned his Eagle Scout honor in 1989, attended High School in Arden, North Carolina at T.C. Roberson and graduated with a B.S. in Zoology from N.C State University in 1996.
Board-certified pediatric dentist, Dr. Isharani, is adored by her patients. As a mother, her expertise in working with children stems from real life experience as well as specialized professional education. Dr. Sona, as she is affectionately known to parents and patients, practices with a gentle touch, compassion, and relaxed rapport with children.

I love this dentist! They are super at making and rebooking appointments when needed. I have never waited to go to the back for my appointments more than 5 minutes. The dental hygienists are very nice, and remember you. Top notch service! I have been going to see Dr. Merrill for 5 years, and my first visit was for a crown, I have also had a root canal, and lots of cleanings. I recommend 10/10!

When my dentist retired, I was heartbroken because he and his staff were fantastic! He recommended Triad Dentistry, and I’m so grateful! The dentists, hygienists, and staffers here are fantastic, too! The atmosphere is warm and inviting and everyone was respectful, kind, and knowledgeable! Excellent practice. I was very impressed with the thorough teeth cleaning and the friendliness of the staff. Everyone at Triad Dentistry goes out of their way to get to know you and make you feel welcome and appreciated! My hygienist was Lindsey and my dentist was Dr Merrell. Both wonderful!!!! This is the best dentist office in the triad! Alisia and the entire dental hygiene staff are amazing. Additionally, Dr. Merrill is a fantastic dentist. Dr. Santiago is the best dentist I have ever seen. I’ve been having infinitesimal dental issues for over a year. My worst fear is letting the issues progress and losing my teeth. I’ve been to numerous dentists to try to resolve the problem. All the previous dentists I have seen before coming to Triad Dentistry, pretty much shrugged me off. Dr. Santiago listened to all my concerns, located the problem, and she’s helping me find the cause of the problem. I’m glad I finally found someone to help me. I definitely recommend Triad Dentistry.

I just experienced the most amazing trip to the dentist. My previous dentist merged with Triad then retired. I had the most incredible experience having my teeth cleaned by Stacey. My teeth have never felt this wonderful after a cleaning. She's thorough and gentle with a most beautiful spirit about her. Looking forward to seeing her again in 6 months. Really happy to be with Triad Dentistry. 10 thumbs up👍

I broke a crown last night while traveling through the area. I needed emergency treatment and received it with wonderful caring Dental Staff. All the folks at this practice offered warm caring service. The lovely Dentist understood all aspects of my immediate and long term needs. She did not try to waste my time or money. First tier professional. I would highly recommend these folks.

I had a horrible, horrible experience with this dentist. To care for your patients is the least of his concern. I remember going to the dentist with a horrible horrible toothache, i could feel my heart beating in my tooth.
Because i couldn't pay for the problem right then, he made me leave his office and didn't bother helping me or call to make sure i was ok.
He also told me to stop crying while he was working on my tooth, and always wanted to put me to sleep to fill a cavity. More money in his pocket
Also, the lady at the front desk is heartless and so rude. Since leaving his office

After spending over $10,000 Dr. Hatcher RUINED my teeth with veneers, placed two dental implants in which one FAILED without reimbursement!!!
Cost me DOUBLE to have them repaired because my teeth were filed down to nubs for veeners. It has taken a year for an amazing dental professional to restore my teeth.
DR. HATCHERis the most arrogant, rude and impatient dentist I have ever encountered.
WARNING: After your consult and he receives your $$$$, you are no longer a valuable patient. He will start anesthesia before talking to you
