Community Dental Center

Always friendly staff. They have had to make accommodations etc since covid and it is hard to get in without a few months wait. However I think that is most Dr's and dentists right now so try to be patient and understanding. My kids enjoy going here and have been going here since we moved here 5 years ago.

I once thought highly of this office, that is until our last experience. My son had a cleaning scheduled for 4 months. I was told only a cleaning was in order and no x-rays we're needed. We arrived for the appointment, my son was already seated and prepped for the cleaning. A few minutes later a staff member came out to my car (yes, they still have you sit out in the parking lot) and told me that they wanted more x-rays prior to doing his cleaning. This discussion turned into an arm twisting experience. I expressed my concern about radiation and objected. The next thing I know, my son is walking

They are very professional while making me feel at ease. I have suffered from depression and anxiety all my life. So I haven’t taken the best care of my teeth and I’m ashamed of it but they were so kind and helpful that I now have hope that I can get my smile back. I would recommend Waterville Community Dental Center to anyone. They treated me like I was as important to them as their family is. They are absolutely amazing. I have nothing gratitude and love 🙏❤️💕

Friendly staff and very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. I almost fell asleep a couple of times. Bonus: The ones that contributed to the work on my teeth waited til I was numb before doing anything that required them to use a drill. Very happy with services.

Haven't been to a dentist in over 30 years. This was an incredible experience. They did not judge me. Did not say anything negative about my teeth which are not in good shape at all. Very friendly kind compassionate and caring staff. Would not hesitate to go back.

I am the biggest baby when it comes to anything to do with going to the dentist. My anxiety is Severe to say the least…however being in the position I was in I had to put my big girl pants on and go get a tooth extracted AWAKE. Dr Kailee and her assistants were absolutely AWESOME, she took her time and didn’t rush the process…she worked with my anxiety and made sure the area was completely numb before doing anything. The staff is absolutely wonderful and make it a very comfortable environment for you. I seriously can’t thank them enough‼️�

I had a very unpleasant dental emergency a day before going on a very long trip into the Quebec wilderness. These nice folks were able to squeeze me in with almost no notice. I am ***VERY*** grateful for the outstanding care I receive from Dr. Kailee there. I don't know what is better than my highest possible recommendation, but Waterville Community Dental has it!

I called & got an appointment the next day for tooth extractions. The employees there are so wonderful! & they make sure to talk to you about everything. I highly recommend them! They’re wicked bubbly & kind! They calmed my nerves. I’m so thankful for them!

Overall love this Dentist office. They let you know everything that they are doing with your kids and they are super nice! I would give them more stars if I could so 5 will do for now! Highly recommend them to anyone especially people with kiddos!!

They were the only place in the area that accepted my insurance. When I read some of the reviews I was hesitant. Yes, once I was able to get on the wait list it was several months for my initial appointment and another wait between appointments, however it was worth the wait.
The office staff, dental assistants, hygienists and dentists have been amazing. The care, professionalism and knowledgeable is above average and I would recommend Waterville Community Dental Center friends or family members needing quality dental care.
