Use our Santa Fe Floorplan as the starting point for your Dream Home, or start from scratch. Every home site is carefully chosen to enhance your pleasure in viewing the surrounding landscape.
Phase I Wilson Arch Resort Community Custom Home Sites are located on the west side of the Phase I development. Wilson Arch Wash runs between Phase I and Phase II of the development and provides a natural open space next to each of the lots. Jennah Circle and Jennah Court are located at the northern end of the West Side Residential Lots - north of Austins Court.

For being a dessert it is so beautiful. The large arches are worth seeing. This is a place to visit at least once in your life. The peace serenity and beauty you can't find anywhere else.

This is an amazing place of natural beauty. There are hiking trails for all ability levels and stunning scenery. Parking can be a little tricky when it is crowded.

Majestic. This place is just gorgeous. Not crowded. You are able to climb up to stand right in the middle of the arch and see through and down below. Not for those afraid of heights or unable to climb.

Great Arch right off the 191. The hill climb is not long with a modest slope. Great photo op. :) Just 10 miles south of Hole N Rock and about 20 miles from Moab.

I stopped in and had a tour with the developer. My friends and I had an amazing time learning about this breath taking desert village. The views are a painting waiting to be eaten by your eyes. It didn't take my friends and I very long to select the lots of our dreams. It won't take you long either. Just take your camera so your descriptions can be verified!
