If i could give less than 1 i would. I recieved an call claimnign to be from his office, the recepotionist satted it was not theirs. I also stated that I wished not to be botered by them due to a past filure to porcess a cliam. The rescptionits offered to take my pohne and reprgram it, but refuesed to help me with a claim and satted that she would provide me with a number to an office to invesatgate the claim (allegedly in the US). But she never gave me thge number and yet applogized for the insurabce charge, but stil rfeused to provide me with info to investaigte the false filing of a cliam against

Everyone is so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They explained my policy in terms coverage and clauses. They make filing a claim effortless as they make all the necessary calls. Previously, with a differnt insurance company, they gave me a number to call and I had to take care of it. They also recommend a reputable body shop based on their (State Farm) experience. I would never leave this insurance agency!

Trent and I have worked with each other for about 6 months or so. When I call him with questions, he answers my call every time. The few times he hasn’t answered me right away, he calls me back very quickly.
Working with Trent and his team has made not only my own insurance needs a breeze but I recommend him to everyone I can. Definitely someone I have come to know, like and trust!
