Services
Attorney Edward D. Flint is a skilled St. George criminal defense attorney who is passionate about defending the rights of those accused of serious crimes. Over the course of 33+ years in practice, Attorney Flint has personally handled more than 100 jury trials. He has defended clients facing serious criminal charges, including drug crimes, sexual offenses, domestic violence and violent crimes, DUIs, and more.
If you have been arrested or your loved one has been charged with a crime, it is important that you speak to a qualified attorney as soon as possible. Even when the charges don't seem serious, you could be facing harsh penalties that may threaten your freedom, reputation, and future. At my firm, Edward D. Flint, Lawyer, in St. George, Utah, you can find the dedicated legal help you need.
Many people don't realize that, in the eyes of the law, a domestic violence charge does not necessarily involve bodily harm; something such as punching a hole through your own wall during an argument could result in domestic violence charges. And, if you are convicted, you could face serious penalties that may threaten a number of your freedoms, specifically your First Amendment rights to possess firearms.
In 2018, Utah state legislators passed the Utah Medical Cannabis Act, a more tightly-controlled, bipartisan replacement for Proposition 2. The new legislation allows certain individuals to obtain and use quality-controlled medical marijuana products from licensed pharmacists in specified doses. Though progressive, the law is still restrictive.
Utah's new DUI law lowered blood alcohol concentration (BAC) limit from 0.08 to 0.05 percent in its newest law. If you are pulled over for driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol in St George, there are some things you need to know. You are not required to answer any questions, or perform any field sobriety tests, like any eye tests or standing/walking tests.

Edward D Flint was my attorney for a case that was very old. We didn’t expect great results but, I was pleasantly surprised of the outcome he got me. He’s super professional and easy to talk to. 100% pleased with his helpfulness and response time. His fee was super reasonable and affordable with his payment plan options as well! Definitely would use his services again if I needed a lawyer again! Thank you, Edward!

Edward is a great Attorney he always gets back to you is a timely manner, does what he says, and speaks frankly and doesn't sugar coat things. I love that. I love that he doesn't beat around the bush, he is straight to the point lets you know what the worst case and the best case is. He walks you through the case step by step and me son and I needed step by step directing. Great attorney would use him again but hopefully we won't have to.

Edward is an attentive and hard working attorney who helped us navigate through a most frightening and challenging time. Edward worked diligently to go to bat for us in an effort to achieve the best possible outcome and succeeded. Edward promptly returned all emails and phone calls and even gave us proactive recommendations that helped us to have a more favorable outcome at trial. Edward wasn't afraid to talk to the prosecutor and successfully negotiate the best possible result. Edward's rates are very reasonable and I never felt as though we were "just another client." I highly recommend hiring

Hands down the hardest working attorney ever. Mr. Flint went the extra mile for me, and I have no doubt he does the same for all of his clients. He has a gift for translating legalese in to easy-to-understand terms, and is committed to justice. I don't normally leave reviews, but with so many attorneys to choose from I wanted to leave one for Mr. Flint due to his exceptional commitment of time and energy, and knowledge of the laws and the legal system. Treated like a person, not a case number.
