I am from out of town and had a car accident and my husband called Daniels Towing.
Chris was not only professional and prompt in coming to my rescue but also had so much information for us. It was so stressful to be in a wreck but he really put me at ease. Hope we don’t need towing again but if I did would call them instantly.

Small town mechanic with a big heart!!!
Yesterday was the final leg of my road trip of 1400 miles. I was only 300 miles from home when my car started clunking horridly around Walsenburg, CO. I was lucky enough to find Chris at Daniel's towing. If you need a mechanic in Walsenburg, this is the place to go.
He showed me what he found, explained it and kept me updated on the progress regularly. I was back on the road in less than 2 hours, feeling so relieved and pleased that my car was back to good and that the service was awesome.
Chris even called a few hours later to make sure the car was running

I’m a Registered Nurse and tonight after my 12+ hour shift, I stopped at the grocery store in walsenburg only to immediately realize that I locked my keys in my truck! 🤦♀️ I called the sheriffs department and they recommended Daniels’s Towing...what a Blessing!! The gentleman showed up in less than 10 minutes, was professional, super nice and had my truck unlocked in literally less than a minute!! God Bless You!! Y’all are Awesome!!

Got stuck in the snow while driving a u-haul and towing our car behind. Daniels towing was both the cheapest and quickest to bail us out. Took less than 30 minutes for us to call, get a tow truck, and be back on the road. On top of it all, the tow driver gave us tips on local roads to avoid and was super kind and professional. Needing a tow sucks, but these guys make it as painless and quick as possible. Definitely recommended if you get stuck in the area.

We'd give six stars if we could. After breaking down Saturday night on I-25, we limped into Chris Daniels' shop. He was there in five minutes, diagnosed our broken transfer case, found us a hotel, and took us to it. He couldn't get a replacement part on Sunday, but our car was ready to go at 10:30 am Monday morning, and that included the time it took for one of his guys to drive to Pueblo to get the part he needed. We feel very lucky to have broken down close to Chris's shop. He seems to know everything about automotive repair, and he is a super nice guy who made a huge effort

On our first road trip in our first motor home my wife and three pets and I found ourselves stranded 120 miles from into the trip when our engine overheated. Our insurance roadside service provider sent the Daniels Towing rep (Chris Daniels) who was extremely responsive to our emergency situation. Throughout the entire ordeal I felt the company's actions were geared at providing exemplary service and customer satisfaction.

I had my left front axle begin seizing coming from Houston to Denver and was stranded after limping the car to Walsenburg. I saw these guys were well reviewed and headed towards them. They took care of what needed to be done to get me home and gave advice on other services to be done for when I made it back safely. My family has a history of running automotive repair shops and these guys are doing it right and taking care of their customers.

We had a potentiallly serious problem with our truck while towing our Airstream trailer through the Rockies. We called Daniels as we were closest to Walsenburg at the time. They were extremely friendly and helpful and told us to come right over. We pulled up and 3 of their mechanics came out to help. Turns out the leak we thought was transmission fluid turned out to be a loose coolant overflow reservoir cap. Whew! The tech who helped us was extremely professional and cut right to the situation. Allayed our anxieties immediately and sent us on our way with a smile and handshake. Bottom line is,

After our roadside assistance service through AARP failed to find us a tow for 2 flat tires as well as a list of tow companies provided by 911 I looked this up on Yelp. Chris was very kind and showed up about 30 minutes after calling him. He promptly towed us to Discount tire in Pueblo and left our car since it was well after hours on a Sunday night and then kindly dropped us off at the Quality Inn so we could stay the night until Discount Tire could replace our tires. Nice guy and great service.

My car died on my way south on I25 and I barely made it to the Walsenburg exit only to die in someone's driveway. My insurance company set up a tow from Daniels Towing and Chris Daniels called right back and narrowed down exactly where I was and showed up within 25 minutes. He also helped me get a cheap but good pet friendly local motel room and dropped me off. The next morning he called with a diagnosis and quote to get my go ahead. The car was fixed and running by 12:00 and I was back on the road. For a far-from-home roadside emergency it was a smooth and comfortable experience.

Blew a 14-year-old factory original radiator hose on the wife's pickup. Limped it in and they were able to see me right away. They had the truck in and out in under four hours with shockingly reasonable labor rates ($50/hour).
Office could be a little cleaner, but this is a father and sons business, not a corporate joint.
Will definitely return next time I have a problem that I cannot handle by myself.
