Iconica was selected by Tealwood Senior Living and Tukka Properties to design a facility with senior apartments, assisted living, and memory care in Stoughton, Wisconsin. The facility will be part of the new Kettle Park West neighborhood, adding to the retail, apartments, and single-family homes being built in the area.
Located within Sauk Trails Plaza II in Madison, MBI's newest office is a prime space for employees to work together for the national engineering firm. Iconica recently completed the design and construction of their Madison office. More than just a simple workspace, the new Madison office of Michael Baker International is a place of collaboration and co-creation for employees of the national engineering firm.
The historic buildings and barns in the Cedarburg area are a perfect match for the client's vision of a cozy, farmhouse-esque senior living community. Hamilton House was designed by our architects for 82 independent and assisted living apartments and 28 memory care apartments. Our construction team worked to make sure the project came together in time for spring move-ins.
When considering a branch in Middleton, State Bank of Cross Plains was challenged with the location, budget, timing and trying to predict the future of banking. Iconica helped supply design options with operational and maintenance considerations as well as cost and schedule implications. The resulting achievement is an inspired and functional building that will stand at the west entry of Middleton for many years to come.
