I called the Monday after a holiday and they were closed. As soon as I hung up I received a text (automated I assume) and so I responded to it letting them know I needed an appointment asap. I have a tooth that another dentist tried to remove and it broke due to it being a tooth that I had a root canal on. It also had an infection so it was bothering be terribly. Brittany got back to me asap on her day off! Set me an appt for the next day! I was so happy! We live in mineral wells and drove to Arlington the next day. They talked to me, examined, x-rayed and got the tooth out the same day! I was

Poor customer service. Walked in for my appointment. The receptionist looked at me as if I was lost. Asked if I was sure I was at the right place that they didn’t have any appointments at the time. I clarified if it was Ace dental and their phone number. And was even able to tell her that it was Britney who I spoke and booked my appointment with. She said that was her but there wasn’t any appointment made for me. Offered no solution.

Had a great experience here! The receptionist and the dental technician were very nice, friendly, and professional! My experience with the Dentist was great too! He was very knowledgeable and I trust him with my care. I love coming to the dentist and not feeling stressed out about pricing and appointment times! The atmosphere is amazing, the staff are amazing, and I will most definitely be back!
