The first stage of screen printing is the process of taking the artwork and separating it into its colors. Each color component is then setup on its own screen, which only allows ink to transfer through the regions of the artwork. In a multi-color artwork the screens are registered and each color is printed separately to produce your design.

We came to Grand Rapids Graphix for the first time when we were in a pinch. We needed three different items printed and sent to three different locations in three different states in a very tight window of time. Adam, Rich and their team, without hesitation, stepped up and promised timely delivery. That was the easy part. But then they delivered, which I wasn't certain could be done. And, to top it off, when they had the opportunity to upcharge because we were in a bind, they were very reasonably priced. And the quality of work was spot on. Looking forward to working with them again.

I have worked with Adam for over 5 years now and he runs an amazing company that provides fantastic service at a great price. They can do everything in house from design to ordering to printing, and Adam has even delivered items to my team so they could wear the gear that day.
